They assign you a general time frame (say morning between 10 and 12) but then keep in touch with you ‘day of’ to let you know when they will arrive within a 30 min to 1 hour window which is really helpful for me. You can feel free to point out anything they may have mistakenly missed or something you want more attention to and they’ll get it right away without hesitiation. They are a breeze to work with and very nice folks to boot. Use House Pals! You’ll be glad you did!”
